Local, fresh green beans are some of the tastiest ones you can find. They work as a side dish to your favorite pasture-raised steak from Market Wagon. We've put together a simple, four step process for roasting green beans.
- Preheat oven to 425F
- Toss the green beans in olive oil and your preferred seasoning. Simple salt and pepper works great or add some heat with red pepper flakes.
- Spread the green beans on a baking sheet and roast for around 10 minutes, or until tender.
- Remove, add any additional seasoning, and enjoy!
